Angelina Farella, MD, FAAP
“My
brother was in an accident when I was young and he had to go to ICU. I
was only 10 but I wanted to help him, and that’s when I decided to
become a pediatrician. I was the first person in my family to go to
college. I volunteered to help special-needs kids. In fact, I remember
being pulled from class to go help other kids who needed extra help. I
always enjoyed helping and working with kids. My mom called me ‘mother
hen.’ Today, little has changed except that I am now in a position to
help even more children – as a doctor.”

Exceptional one-on-one personal care from an exceptionally caring pediatric doctor
Nothing is more important to you than the health and safety of your children. You want them to have the best possible medical care so they can grow healthy and strong and have a brighter tomorrow no matter where life takes them. That’s why you need A Brighter Tomorrow (ABT) Pediatrics. Angelina Farella, MD, FAAP,
our director of clinical services, is a mom with three small children
herself. She understands exactly where you are coming from.
She and her
staff love all children as if they were their own. You’ll notice the
difference the very first time you visit, too. No cattle-calls or long
waits in jam-packed waiting rooms. ABT sees one patient and one family
at a time. We respect your time – so your appointments are always on
time. And because we love children, our offices are extremely kid-friendly
with lots of toys and games and bright colors. No wonder our young
patients hate to leave. Of course, once you meet us, you’ll probably
hate to leave, too.
A variety of approaches to keeping your child healthy and happy
When it comes to caring for your children’s health, there are many treatment options available to you. There are traditional and non-traditional or alternative treatment
options, along with a host of natural and preventive healthcare
options. It’s important to find a pediatric doctor who understands, has
experience with and uses all available treatment options instead of just
relying on standard traditional medicine as the only solution for
everything. Angelina Farella, MD, is that kind of pediatrician.
Dr. Farella offers personalized health and wellness programs designed to help prevent sickness and disease. She offers customized
nutrition for kids, exercise and behavioral counseling programs for
children suffering with obesity and obesity-related health problems. She
offers immunization programs to prevent childhood diseases such as
whooping cough, chicken pox, hepatitis and meningitis.
Keep your kid in the game and off the sidelines with experienced sports medicine and injury care
Whether your young student athlete needs a sports team physical exam or has a sports-related injury, ABT can help. Dr. Farella has nearly a decade of experience
with pediatric sports medicine, performing sports physicals and
treating sports injuries. She knows how to treat all kinds of injuries –
particularly to the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and ankles –
and teaches young people how to take better care of themselves so they can avoid and prevent future injuries.
At ABT, we try to avoid labels. Instead, we look for effective solutions for different kinds of behavior problems in children. Board-certified pediatrician doctor Angelina Farella, MD,
has nearly a decade of experience treating young patients of all ages.
She offers special pediatric therapy programs aimed at creating
effective solutions. As a last resort, Dr. Farella will consider
medication for your child. If so, she offers once-a-day medication
that’s easy for kids to take. Once-a-day medication allows your child to
take medication in the morning at home and not have to worry about it
for the rest of the day.
